The mission of the Wilson County Clerk and Master’s Office is to provide professional, courteous and efficient public service to all those with business in the Chancery and/or Probate Courts.  Our office hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and we look forward to being of service to you.

Chancellor Smith presides over a circuit of five counties: Jackson County, Macon County, Smith County, Trousdale County, and Wilson County. Check the yearly calendar outlining his term of court in each county.
