Terms of 10% downpayment, 8% Buyer’s Premium on the date of sale with balance due upon closing. The 2024 Wilson County real property taxes shall be prorated between the Seller and Purchaser. Possession will be given with deed, after confirmation by the court and payment of the purchase price.
